So many people have the misconception that becoming successful and finding your unique happiness occurs overnight. Many do not understand how real life gets when you’ve become determined to finding your true passion and purpose. I feel that I was lucky to have found my passion early in life and now I’m seeking my purpose.
Hello I’m Masiel and you’ve entered, the Twilight Zone of Zero Bullshit. A personal blog I started more on a whim than anything and is now dedicated to the real life struggle of trying to “make it”. Finding balance, all the while trying to have loads of fun in between.
My goal is to add more value (and maybe a little entertainment) to your life as you watch my struggle and development first hand.
Sounds slightly sadistic, but stay with me here. I feel that as humans, we learn a lot more by seeing and relating a reflection of ourselves in someone else’s issues and hardships. Specially at a time that you may feel completely alone in all this and don’t know where to even start.
About The Blog….
I developed a desire to help those in my community and began volunteering at local hospitals. Since then, I’ve worked my way up the ranks from Certified Nursing Assistant to Radiologist to Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant to Licensed Practical Nurse, and now Software Engineer. Till this day I still try my best to volunteer or just help SOMEONE even if that someone is on a street corner and I can give them a bottle of water and a granola bar.
None of it has been an easy feat so far, and now I’m on a different adventure. That’s to become rich!
Yes, you heard me right. I want to be rich in knowledge, rich in spiritual and physical potential, rich in relationships, and rich in compassion. While the monetary aspects will flow at it’s time, I want to go against the grain of my human tendency and see what happens. I feel that down this road, I’ll find my true purpose.
So this blog is dedicated to 100% transparency and highlighting of my struggles on this journey. For finding balance both internally and externally and helping people like yourself along the way reach full potential. Let you see that you’re not alone in this, and that it’s never too late to make positive changes in your life.
